I AM COMMITED TO YOUR GROWTH

Welcome

Taking the first step is always the hardest and I'm delighted and honored that the first step brought you here.

Whether you are  focused on seemingly endless sadness, drawn to negative possibilities, or the ending of a relationship has left you feeling overexposed, or emotionally bruised working with the right clinician may help you reclaim your emotional independence and cognitive clarity needed to fully enjoy living again.

My approach is eclectic. We will utilize cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness practices, communication, strength-based aspects, and culturally aware elements. Clients with personality concerns or addiction will be referred to colleagues who specialize in those diagnoses.

The Fruited Life

I've been fascinated with the process of plant growth. A seed is planted; it is sprouted, blossomed, and ripened; it is vibrant and alive. It's the process of evolution, just like life. Planting doesn't feel good though, it's like being ground into dirt. This shifting of the soil, however, creates an environment fertile for change, both good and bad. Through our partnership in this growth and change process, we can open up a world of possibilities. This is The Fruited Life.

How It Started

Hey! I'm Stacy, and since middle school I've helped others heal. The first person I ever helped was one of the IT girls who passed me a note asking for advice when I was in middle school. Me?! Really?   Now I have 15 years' of experience helping others.

A Little About Me

When I'm not busy helping my clients live a life full of vibrancy you can find me painting my nails all shades of joy, begging my husband to make stove-top popcorn, singing like I'm headlining at the Grammys, or catching the latest movie. My blended and blessed family keeps me on my toes, and I love it all. I'm that arts and crafts momma. That sister friend that can be called on, and that wife that prays as hard as she praises.
