Individual coaching services for professional women, mothers, and wives who aren't actively experiencing mental health symptoms. Coaching is ideal for experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed, struggling with relationships (with self, romantic partner, colleagues, children, etc), time management, or communication issues. Strengths will be assess, and new skills and tools reviewed and implemented to help promote overall healthier well-being.

Couples coaching is for couples who are doing well overall emotionally and mentally (no active mental health symptoms present in either partner) who desire to improve their communication, emotional and physical intimacy, and to remain transparent and authentic in their interactions with each other. Coaching will explore what's working and why, and expose what needs to be improved upon. Couple-assigned tasks help to ensure follow through with suggestions in session.
