I'VE TRIED THERAPY BEFORE, AND I'M NOT SURE I'M READY AGAIN OR IF IT'LL WORK. HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?

I've tried therapy before, and I'm not sure I'm ready again or if it'll work. How can you help me?

I KNOW I NEED HELP, BUT NOBODY I KNOW GOES TO COUNSELING. DOES WANTING THERAPY MAKE ME WEAK? OR CRAZY?

It's past time for what I call The Conversation. A lot of our communities have been made to believe that therapy isn't for them, that prayer and church are enough. Counseling however is not exclusive for anyone. It is an experience that allows healing to take place. When entire communities, cultures even are turned off to ask for help we have inter-generational wounds and traumas that we cannot heal from.

I'VE HEARD THERAPY IS EXPENSIVE. WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH IF THERAPISTS ARE TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE?

Therapy is an investment, which is different than cost. Therapy is designed to help you understand your worth and begin to invest in and see the benefits of personal development.

I REALLY WANT TO SEE A THERAPIST / COACH IN PERSON. CAN I SEE YOU IN OFFICE?

At this time, The Fruited Life is offering telehealth services only. This allows for our providers to be present for clients not just within driving distance of a physical office.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I SHOULD SEEK COACHING OR THERAPY?

Coaching services are reserved for women and couples who are not currently experiencing mental health symptoms. Feeling dissatisfied with the pace or quality of life, difficulty with job stress, issues with romantic relations or lack thereof, concerns about time-management, and organization.
