Let me guide you through this season

Ecclesiastes 3 reminds us: there is a season and a purpose for everything. Some seasons last a lifetime; others pass in a moment. Whether you’re in a long chapter of struggle or a brief moment of overwhelm, I’m here to support your journey. A life marked by exhaustion, worry, or survival mode was never the plan. Your life has purpose—and this is your season to prioritize your wellness.

My approach to mental health and healing is shaped by both lived experience and professional training. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, womanist theology, and liberation psychology—blending evidence-based tools with a deep commitment to justice, faith, and whole-person restoration. As a Christian Black woman, wife, mother, therapist, coach, and doctoral student, I understand the layered complexities we carry and how they impact our emotional and spiritual well-being.

Rest is my love language. When you intentionally rest nothing can disrupt a clear mind, a soft heart, or a willing spirit.

I am passionate in supporting women from marginalized communities, especially Black women and their spouses who are tired of running on empty and ready to reclaim lives that feel more aligned, joyful, and whole. My style is warm, conversational, and real. Authenticity is my jam—because trust begins with truth. I believe deeply in the sacredness of rest. God didn’t rest on the seventh day because He needed to—He modeled rest because He knew we would.

There are systems, relationships, and expectations that benefit from your burnout. But choosing rest? That’s resistance. That’s liberation. When you begin to slow down, heal, and reclaim what’s within your control, everything shifts—your relationship with yourself, your loved ones, your calling. I’m here to walk with you as you stop accepting what you cannot change—and start changing what you can no longer accept.

Let’s begin your healing journey—schedule a consultation and get to know me.
