Couples therapy

Every relationship has a language, and sometimes two people who love each other deeply are still speaking past one another. Couples therapy provides the clinical tools and sacred space to navigate communication, boundaries, and the unstated expectations that quietly create distance. Together we cultivate a life you love, and a love that gives life.

How it works

Individual coaching is reserved for clients with well-managed mental health experiences &/or are already connected to a therapist. Coaching focuses on goal-setting, time-management, communication, self-care + boundaries. A discovery call will help you determine if one-to-one or couples coaching is recommended. Ask me about the coaching packages!

The discovery call is an opportunity to unload a bit, and explore how your life can be reimagined. The call allows you to ask questions about pricing and investment, scheduling, and gain a better understanding of the difference between coaching and therapy.

Once we've established that coaching is the appropriate service we get to work! We'll meet weekly or biweekly and clarify your goals, identify your support folks, and create accountability that ignites your motivation to change what's changeable.
