How do I know if I should seek coaching or therapy?

It's past time for what I call The Conversation. A lot of our communities have been made to believe that therapy isn't for them, that prayer and church are enough. Counseling however is not exclusive for anyone. It is an experience that allows healing to take place. When entire communities, cultures even are turned off to ask for help we have inter-generational wounds and traumas that we cannot heal from.

I've heard therapy is expensive. Why does it cost so much if therapists are trying to help people?

Therapy is an investment, which is different than cost. Therapy is designed to help you understand your worth and begin to invest in and see the benefits of personal development
